If you are currently an agent...then most Property/Casualty companies have agent classes. These are held each year and the subject matter is broad based, including Commercial Insurance. try your companies first.
If you are just inquiring about Commercial ins schools...I would advise checking out your lo
cal Area Tech college. Most Area Technical colleges have course study in General insurance including Commercial. There you can obtain an associate degree in insurance. This would help your resume. Otherwise Call your States Independent agents association...they can lead you in the right direction. |

I don't know about school that specializes in commercial insurance, but depending on if you want to handle claims you can pursue an Associate in Claims designation with a concentration in commercial lines. I belive you should check www.aicpcu.org. |

No, there's no "college" that specializes in commercial insurance. Your best bet is to start working on the cpcu designation, or certificate in general insurance, at www.aicpcu.org, or to hook up with continuing education classes at your local professional organization, www.iiaa.org. |
