Check with your agent. You may be able to get a paramedical exam. Pretty simple really. Height , weight, urine and blood. Answer a couple medical questions and done 15 minutes! |

Actually, you'll see a nurse if that helps. You're better off going with a policy with an exam because instead of getting a $25,000 no-exam policy you could get $300,000 of coverage if you are healthy. |

Some insurance companies don't require a medical exam unless the coverage is for $100,000 or more.
But, that depends on your age, and the requirement may vary by insurance company.
There are also no medical exam life insurance policies, that require no physical exam or blood tests.
Some are graded life insurance policies that don't offer full coverage until you have owned the policy for 1-2 years.
There are also term life insurance no exam policies that offer $25,000 to $500,000 of term life insurance without any physical exams. Coverage may be available for 10, 15, or 20 years.
However, policies that do not require a medical exam may cost you more premium. They usually charge more because they may accept some people that may not get accepted by insurance companies that require a physical exam, and fully underwrite the applicant.
With no exam life insurance plans you usually answer a few health questions, and your answers determine whether you are approved for coverage.
Also, you want to check the financial rating of the insurance company, and find out if the insurance rates are guaranteed to remain the same each year for the entire term of your life insurance policy before choosing your plan.

I do understand about you not liking doctors. That's one of the reasons insurance companies have now made available no exam life insurance policies online.

If you just want a claim on accidental death, then there is no need for a medical examination.
If you want a comprehensive cover, which includes suicide death, terminal illness death, accidental death (kinda like 3-in-1 death), there you will have to go for a medical examination. |

The rules are different for each insurance company. Typically, the larger the insurance amount and the older one is, the more likely it is that you will have to do a simple medical exam (with a paramedic or nurse) and labs. You may be able to find a company that will ask the medical questions on the application (no medical exam). I would check an online quoting service and then talk to the rep or exchange emails with them. |
