It sounds like you are in the Medical Billing business trying to promote your own services. If not, my advise is to talk to as many referrals as possible before using the service. Ask for a "trial period" where a limited number of your patient billings can be done so you can compare the results of your own staff vs. the results of an outside service. Don't be too eager to hand over the entire financial operations of your practice to someone CLAIMING that they can do a better job.
