Yes for sure. Only last week the shopping centre in which i work had its fire alarm go off and noone knew what to do which really annoyed me. The customers were just worried about getting their meat. I closed the doors and waited out the back of shop until the fire men said it was all ok to go back in and open up again.
Im very annoyed that there is no action plan in the shopping centre. I rang my boss and put my 2 cents in and he said that we have a fire warden but he has left and has been gone for about 6 months. How annoyed do you thin k i was. And all i got was crap from customers for keeping them waiting. all the other shops followed me and closed up too.
