I use Pet Plan , but I cant remember if it was instant. I know you have to sign a declaration to say the animal is well and no illness when taking on the policy

i signed up, and mine wasn't covered until the first of the next month. there is always a waiting period. and whatever the pet has is considered a pre-existing condition for 18 mths.
