Check with your school. My parents coverage does not cover me as a college student attending outside of my parents home state, so my dad and I checked around and found out through the school about a program that gets drugs and some treatment discounted.
I got my eyelid split open playing basketball 2 months ago, and the discount from the program my school recommended cut my bill down to almost nil. |

I'd see about applying for DSHS medical (if you're in the US). Their qualifications are less stringent if you have excessive medical bills within the past 3 months.
I know my university offers student health insurance (you opt in or out at registration), but it's not free. I have insurance through my employer, so I've never looked to see what it costs.
DSHS is your best bet though. I would imagine they can help you out. |

I don't know about any emergency type facilities but I do know that Florida Health Clinics are need based organizations. If you do not have income you do not have to pay. |
