Does anyone know the best place to go to sell an endowment policy please?
Why do you want to sell? because it is under performing? how long have you had it for, all this hype about endowments underpaying and under performing has sent people into panic mode. If everyone cashes in endowments, where does that leave the companies that provided them? Probably in their favour and minted cos they don't pay out for any complaints, the broker or IFA does!! So the company's will end up grossly in pocket and everyone will end up kicking themselves for cashing their endowment in. If it's a sheer case of desperation for your financial situation, contact your insurance company for a surrender value, they have to give you that, if not I would suggest, if you can, wait a while. x

There are several firms to be found on Google. I tried to sell a policy but nobody wanted it as they were unlikely to make enouigh profit. I surrendered it in the end. Get several quotes if you can.
