No, liability covers damage you do to the other party (bodily injury or property damage). If you want medical coverage for yourself, you have to buy medical payments or PIP (personal injury protection) depending on your state which is available. Also, this is only for auto related injury (in an accident, getting in & out of the car - like closing the door on your hand, etc) |

Generally speaking, no. Liability coverage only coverages injuries and damages caused by you to another party (another vehicle).
You would need to add a first party medical coverage in order for your medical costs to be covered. |

no it doesnt, it covers the other driver, your um uim covers you only if someone who injures you dont have insurance or dont have enough coverage for the damages if you have medical coverage from work you are fine, but if you are driving and have someone in your car and they get injured they can sue you so if they want check out globalwideinsurance.com |

Not exactly, but there IS an option on the auto policy called "medical payments" or in some states "personal injury protection" which WILL cover medical bills related to injuries you received in your car.
It's a different section than the liability section, and in most states it's optional, so you may or may not have purchased it. |
