If you have glass coverage, yes! Subject to your deductible, of course. So you pay the deductible, they fix the window. And you have to file a police report.

This would be a vandalism claim and it is payable through your comprehensive or other than collision coverage if you carry complete coverage on you vehicle. This coverage does have a deductible.

State Farm is notorious for denying claims. I would have to know more details to answer if this one is valid and you have to have reported this to the police. Car window and you have PL/PD? no - you only paid for liability in instances for when someone would potentially sue you. Car window and you have collision, comprehensive, and PL/PD? yes - less your deductible. Home window and you are insured? Yes -- but you are still subject to your deductible. Keep in mind if they find the creep you can always go after your deductible in civil court or under the restitution of the criminal proceedings.
Gambit
Do you mean your vehicle window or your window at home? If you mean the former, yes as long as you have Comprehensive, Specified Perils, or some other type of coverage that covers Glass. If you mean your home, this would be considered Vandalism, and it would be covered. Either which way you would be subject to a deductible and you will have to file a police report.
