It can depend on whether you're on a private policy, or a group policy. If the employer your insurance is through selected a package for its employees that contained a fertility benefit, then yes... If not, no... There's no real way to tell without looking through your benefit book, or calling United. (Most insurance companies offer packages with an fertility based benefit.) |
