The police would be a starting point but I've found that unless you can lay a pretty, wrapped-up case in front of them they won't lift a finger. The local property taxing authority can tell you who the lien-holder is and from them you can find the insurance company.
But... I'm wondering... regardless of your suspicions do you think the fire marshall hasn't looked into this already? Maybe you could give the fire department a call and ask to speak with the arson investigator. |

the police deal with arson. If you have any real evidence then contact the poice , if you just have suspicions then I would keep my mouth shut.
Insurance companies will investigate , or at least get the fire investigation report from the fire marshall. |
