Oh geez...if you were going to get a private policy at age 62 (regardless of your health status) that offered no deductibles/coinsurance, you'd probably pay at least $1000 a month in premiums...probably even more.
What you're looking for just isn't possible for a 62 year old...unless by some chance you get a job with an employer who still offers a benefit plan with full coverage (no deductibles or coinsurance, etc).
