Yep, that's what agents are for. Oops, Geico doesn't USE an agent, so you are acting as your own agent, with Geico. Good luck with that.
You can always write a complaint letter to your state insurance commissioner. And maybe, switch your insurance, to a company where you can have an AGENT. |

Why don't you post your problem and you can get some help.
Other poster is right. Call your state's Insurance Commissioner or Dept. of Insurance for help and file a complaint.
Then switch companies. Sometimes you do get what you pay for. |
