No. I used this bunch for a family law matter. They wrote back after I paid the money with more questions. I replied 24th February. Still no reply 17th March same year. In yellow pages there are dozens of free initial consultation solicitors who will no doubt tell you what you need to know more quickly than that, without taking your money, Waste of space I think |

No! Do not use a claims management company! Injurylawyers4u are NOT solicitors, they simply act as middlemen and solicitors PAY them to send them clients.
Pick up the phone book and find a firm of Personal Injury Solicitors in your area. If you live in Yorkshire, I would recommend Liddy's solicitors on 01924-780 753. They are an excellent firm with a fantastic track record of success. They'll cost you nothing, as they'll work on a no win no fee basis. |

I am always worried about no win no fee lawyers. No win No fee. What if you win?
They will always charge fees and usually a third party will pay but check for small print. You will also find they are not free., No service can be and their fees may well exceed your settlement.
They will only take a case with a good chance of winning.
Firstly check you don't have some level of cover on either your household policy as you may have cover or advice already. |

All they do is put you in touch with a solicitor who will deal with injury claims. Presumably on a no win no fee basis.
Somewhere down the line they get a fee for this. This must come out of any compensation you get.
If you walk along the average high street solicitors often have signs stating they deal with injury claims, or if they dont have signs, just go inside and ask.
It is easy to find a solicitor, without paying an indirect fee to injury lawyers 4 U. |
