Debijs is correct. Cover all means in terms of sending.
Certified mail with confirmation of receipt (ask for an overnight address not a PO Box Address) is always the best way to go.
Also, fax and keep the transmittal report.
If you can email w/ read receipt do this, too.
Also document all phone calls. (date/time/who you spoke with). |
