You can't contact them, they won't have anything to do with you. They won't take a claim, they won't take a complaint, they won't take a "notice of hazard".
It's private information. You can't find out unless they tell you.
Whatever you have to talk to them about, it's time to go to plan b - either sue the neighbor directly in court, or file the complaint with the local authority. |

You really have no right to know, even if you're injured on their property. Unfortunately, you would have to ask your neighbor, and, frankly, I wouldn't answer the question because I would be afraid you'd try to put in fraudulent claim for payment. (That's just me) |

You have no right to contact them. If you have an issue, it is with yuor neighbor. It is their decision to contact their insurance if they want to use it. If you believe they are responsible for something you need to notify them in writting. If they do not respond you can get an attorney and take them to court.
Again, it is up to your neighbor to get the insurance involved. |

You can't. Unless you intend to file a claim against them, in which case start with YOUR insurance company and let THEM locate the other company. |

You are out of luck, that is private information. You will have to sue your neighbors directly and then maybe they will turn it over to their insurance company.
You could always try to call the major insurance companies and file a claim. Tell them you do not have the policy number but you have the address and named of insured. That may or may not work, depending on the company policy |

If there was property damage or injury you can call the police... They might not give you the information but a report will be made and you can turn that over to your insurance company and the adjuster will assist you... |

If it is about damage to your property due to their negligence, then you could probably call the cops and your neighbors will be forced to tell you who their insurance company is |
