There is no such thing as "free" insurance. If your income is sufficiently low, you may qualify for Medicaid.
To apply for Medicaid benefits, you should go to your local Department of Human Services. They will need your income information and supporting documents.

There really is no free insurance - you may qualify for state aid or, if not, maybe your county has a program to help low income people out. Otherwise, is it not possible you get a job somewhere that does provide insurance even to part timers?

You can try to get Medicaid. It's welfare insurance. It doesn't cover optical and dental, it covers health. It's based on HOUSEHOLD INCOME.

I didnt have any medical insurance until I got a job that offers benefits. That would really be your best bet. There is one out there for you if you look! (Im 25 btw and I got this job 6mos ago so I know where your at)
