Unfortunately insurance policies are written in such a way that you almost need a lawyer to decipher them. Straight forward language is not a priority for insurance companies. They really do not want people to know how little coverage they have for the money they pay.

You'll have to call the number on the back of your card, and see if there's a policy or coverage form. Likely, there isn't, and you'll have to ask specifically, if whatever you're wondering about is covered.
Good luck getting a straight answer. Government health care is like that.
