It has been my experience that to go to a doctor, there is a "new patient" fee...which is about $250 to $350 UPFRONT even to see the doctor. Your going to need to go to a neighborhood clinic and pay $30 a pop. If the clinic gives you a prescription, see if you can get it at walmart, they have a prescription program where you pay only $4. Target has the same program. Just be sure to tell the clinic you cant afford a prescription and to find something on the $4 list as not all medications are able to be at $4. Look up "Free Clinics" in your area for the address.Prepare to wait all day cause getting in is hard, there are alot of people unemployed and sick. But get the help you need, your tax dollars pay for this clinic to be there. Let them know you have no insurance and NO INCOME and you may get it free. If they know you are working, but no insurance, they will charge you the $30. If you are indigent (meaning no work, no insurance) many times you can get it free.

All doctors will accept cash payments up front. (In fact, they probably prefer it, so that they don't have to deal with the hassle of billing and collections!)

You'll have to call around to find a doctor who's self-pay price for services is within your budget.

They all accept cash! If you mean a discounted cash rate, you will have to contact their offices individually to ask if they will do that.

All providers will accept cash payments.

It's not really hard, as long as you tell them you'll pay up front, BEFORE the doctor sees you. Just open the phone book and call around . . .

Usually in larger metropolitan areas, there are doctors that are cash only - and won't take insurance. Just call around and start asking.
