Don't drink and drive. Make sure you always have insurance. In my state you have to have a SR22 for 1 year for a DUI and 2 years for driving without insurance.

Don't drive. Or don't get in an accident. If you get in an accident, make sure the damage is under $500 (impossible). Or make a deal on the spot not to report it.

The only reason that you would ever need in the sr22 filing is one of the three
number one a DUI, number two would be an accident where you were not insured, and number three would be too many tickets. As long as you can avoid these three things you won't need an sr22
