Maybe it didn't happen. You know - insurance numbers, bank accounts, credit cards - all are like one number away from eachother - so maybe it was a clerical error on someone elses part.
Just like in the news recently - someone got a parking ticket - or had a warrent our for their arrest on a parking ticket that was on one street - and they had proof they were in another place at that time - with their car.
Mistakes happen.
Now if it were your fault...don't you think you would remember?
