There are lots of companies that offer it even with 2 DWI's.
I used to struggle with writing insurance on someone with 2 DWI's - these people don't need to be on the road. Finally came to the conclusion that they are going to be on the road whether they have insurance or not, so I'd rather them be insured. |

Some states have a program for bad drivers called 'Assigned Risk'. You can get it, but it will be expensive. |

You can get a quote with Progressive.com. They will write someone with 2 DUI's. Get another and you will be in the assigned risk pool in the state you are living in. |

Hmm. Doug, are you a foreign exchange student on tour with two duis?
IF you have a us license, you can go to either the assigned risk pool of your state of residence, or a high risk carrier, to get coverage, even if you have 2 DWIS.
Expect to pay $4,000 - $5,000 a year for liability only, if you're over 25. |
