All insurance companies (health, life, auto, homeowners etc) are regulated by the insurance department of the state they are doing business in. |

First be very careful and review whose fault it really was. Dont forget that health insurance carriers unlike home or auto are not controlled by the agents therefore it may not be the agents fault at all. Agents usually are just a third party and if you think that perhaps there was miscommunication then take it up with the agent first. As for reporting them, depending on insurance company they represent, you can complain to their district manager first, or call corporate offices. |
