How do i change beneficeries on an insurance policy?
I have an insurance policy on my brother, but the beneficeries are my deceased mother and brother .How do I change it from them to me?
If you're the policy owner, you just contact the insurance company, and request a change of beneficiary form. Then you complete it, have it notarized, and mail it back in.
If you're not the policy owner, you can't change the beneficiary.

I don't think you can be your own beneficiary; people usually become beneficiaries after someone dies. Contact the company that you have the policy with. Ask them what the process is.

You can either contact your insurance agent and ask him to change the beneficiary or you can write a letter to the insurance company asking them to change the beneficiary - be sure to quote your policy number in the letter and also ask them to confirm the change.
