i live in nc,he lives in va.he would give his permission,he has been out of work for 1 year or more.he has had 5 surgeries during this time period and is fixing to have another.i worry because he is very depressed and its taking along time to get his disability.all is going wrong for him.i want to make sure his son is taken care of financially.is there a site online to check these things out? |

What state do you live in? There are policies that are "Gauranteed issue" policies. You basically fill out an application with 3 questions, if the answers to all 3 questions are "NO", then it gets issued without even having an exam.
The 3 questions are basically- Applicant have HIV? Applicant been told by a doctor that he has less than 3 months to live? And one other one along those lines...

well, you have to have his permission. And with a problem now, and no medical exam wanted, you'll basically have to pay the face value for the policy - ie, if you want $100,000 of coverage, it will be a $100,000 premium, paid up life, through a high risk company.
You're not going to get ODDS on your brother at this stage. |
