Well, you have to incorporate, and then the corporation can buy the workers comp policy for you, the employee of the corporation.
Workers comp only covers EMPLOYEES.

I think you can get some kind of self employment insurance, but I don't know anything about it. Try a google. search.

go through a company that sells it. check in the yellow pages for insurance companies for ones that sell it. Or call the workers compensation board for your state and they might be able to tell you
