they can deny you benefits, and if you become uninsurable or have a large number of claims you may not be able to get new insurance through another company. |

Well, if it's Cobra, you're cancelled the FIRST day you're late. If it's not cobra, it varies, but usually as soon as your late, they bill you for the next TWO Months - and if THAT is received by the day after the second month would be due, you're cancelled. |

A word to the wise: if there is ANY bill you shouldnt be late with, make it your health insurance bill. God forbit something goes awry in mail delivery when you are already late--you could get cancelled. Do not risk going bare with medical insurance.....a car wreck could devastate you financially, physically and emotionally. |
