Well, I haven't done temp work since college, but I always got calls the same week.

It depends on your skill set and what the job market is like in your area. Some people can get a call back in days. For others, it might take months.

Quit sitting around waiting for phone calls. Get off your rear and beat the pavement. Employers want people that are going to make that extra effort to show they want to work. Not people that sit around waiting for someone to give them something.

I would call every two weeks to see if they have anything for you.

They should ahve given you some sort of an idea when you signed up with them. I would call them if I were you. I wouldn't think that it would take 3 weeks to find s/thing, especially temporary,
