Well, since you said please:
In Ohio, 300K in coverage for "supreme" (all the bells a whistles) $800 year billed via escrow billing $1000 deductible, 2400SF full basement 2 story with outbuildings + pool in PC9 . My replacement cost is very close to property value. No flood insurance. |

I pay $600 per year, I could pay monthly...but choose to get it over with.
I am in middle Tennessee
I paid $101,000 for my home last year, but have made many improvements...the value is probably closer to $135,000 - $150,000 now.
It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath on 2 acres...with a 3 bedroom, 2 bath double wide mobile home I rent out (both are included/insured for this amount).
I do not need flood insurance.
I have a $500 deductable
Hope that helps. Oh...I thumbed down the idiot |

It's POINTLESS how much I pay. And the MARKET value of the house is IRRELEVANT to how much coverage you need.
And, I'm in a 100 year (high risk) flood plain, in hurricane alley - but have no flood insurance. So what good does THAT do you? |
