In order for anyone here to even give you an indication we would need to know the occupation (the most critical factor), i.e. roofing vs. clerical can vary by as much as $35 per hundred in payroll. We would also need to know your payroll amount not the company gross, where your company is based, any prior w/c insurance and prior claims history.
If you have Commercial General Liability Insurance (which you absolutely should have), you should go to see the Agent that handles that for you. If you do not have a CGL Policy then please visit an independent agent and ask for quotes for both types of insurance not just w/c. Most insurance agents/companies will not write a stand alone (mono-line) policy, i.e. they will not write a w/c policy without you obtaining the CGL Policy too.

You left out the most critical factor. What do your employees do? Obviously the rates will be significantly different if you are an accountant versus an iron and steel erector.

An independent agent represents more than one company so they can get quotes from several carriers for not just your workers compensation but also your liability insurance. |

Workman's Comp insurance not only depends on the number of employees and the expected gross but also the nature of the business. Obviously, some businesses include higher risk occupations than others. That's going to be the key.
I would suggest going to an independent insurance agent. They can find the company that will give you the best price. Believe me, they vary widely! |
