How much should I expect?
I was recently involved in two not-at-fault accidents. The first one totaled by car, roughly 15k in damages. The insurance company paid off my lien and paid for four months worth of physical therapy. Now they are talking about a settlement. I've never been in a car accident before so I don't know what this means exaclty but from what I hear that means they are giving me money for pain and suffering. I want to sound competent when negotiating a dollar amount but I have no clue how much would be fair. Any suggestions?
Also, I was in another car accident as well where I was rear ended by a drunk driver. His insurance company is also talking about a settlement. There was roughly 6k in damages and I've been treating for whiplash now for about 3 months.
Only settle when you are positive that you are confident that you won't have residual problems from the accidents. Problems can arise months down the road. The insurance companies want you off their backs as soon as possible. Get a free pass from any doctors and therapists. maybe get advice from a lawyer. Do not rush into anything.

You should speak to an attorney. Never settle with insurance companies before you talk to an attorney. The insurance companies only look out for whats best for them, not you, so please speak with an attorney. If you think you cannot afford one, you will be wrong...Many attorney's will see you with no upfront fee...Only pay if they win your case..

You are getting into a complex situation here and desperately need the advice of a lawyer (yours, not the ins. company's). In a situation like this you really need legal advice.

You need to ask your agent. It's going to depend on your state laws, your prior medical information, your tort options if they apply, and a bunch of other things.
No one here can help you out with that, there are too many unknown factors.
