I was at these apartments picking up a friend and when we were leaving I was walking on the top tier and on my left side my foot was caught in a cable wire that wasn't properly in place and was looping outward. I fell on my face skid on ground, I have a scar now, i might have carpel tunnel. Almost all joints on left side still hurt a little from ankle to shoulder, after about a month of rehab. Sometimes my pinky and ring fingers on left hand feel like my funny bone had been hit. My attorney says they cant get another rehab clinic to see me so Im just waiting on the demand package to be sent or replied. How much might i get.

also not to mention the fact that when we driving in, I seen the security guard and I said, "whats up baby?" that slang for saying "How are you doing?". Anyway, we get out the car and Im walkin , i did not know till after I fell the security man said i was moving my shirt and suspected i had a gun and called the cops. So after I fell I was leaving mad then the cops met me around the corner and he said yea thats him, so they treated me as i had a weapon although I was cooperating, showed my ID and was being polite. I was pushed against the wall twice and after they concluded i wasn't armed they we're just asking questions. I yelled at the security guard saying man why'd you say I had a gun. Man they need to compensate me for my humiliation and injury. I think I'm entitled to damages.
