I'd imagine the market is really tough. I'm under the impression that the average age is "retired", and that medicare is the largest health provider. You're going to have a really hard time selling health & life to elderly people. |

I live in Florida and I sell legal insurance, which is booming. I talk to many health, life insurance agents who are struggling. My brothe in law sold life insurance for a while, but it was so difficut, just because of what someone said here, there are a lot of retired people and such! Good luck to you. I heard after Hurricane Wilma that alot of insurance companies were getting out of Florida. I know many people who were dropped, and they had to try and find new insurance (Home). And the prices have gone through the roof (Absolutely no pun intended...) |
