I am seeking any and all opinions on AAA Auto Insurance. Should I switch to them? If not, why?
Although I live in Canada, the CAA (Canadian Automobile Association) is affiliated with the AAA, and when i switched to them last year, I saved over 15% on my auto, home & SUV insurances. The best thing to do is get several quotes........if indeed you can do that in the US.

No. They have horrible customer service. Even if the price is lower, the hassle involved in filing a claim or getting paid isn't worth it.

Before you do, try to get a quote from Amica Insurance, I have never gotten a quote for less than I get from them. I had one accident with a deer, and the service was awesome, my claim was paid within one week!!!

I don't have AAA for an insurance company but I had someone hit me (with AAA insurance) and they were fast to process and pay the claim.

AAA isn't in insurance company itself so it arranges for you to buy insurance from another company. Find out who that company is and then check them out. The company that actually writes the coverage will change from time to time. Your insurance department will have a record of their complaints and can tell you how they compare to other companies.
