If you were horsing around, you can expect ZERO.
If you fell down stairs or a ceiling fell in on you, you may be able to collect.
However, your friends insurance will probably get canceled and it will cost him some out of pocket for a deductable and your friendship will be damaged as well. |

im sure you broke your nose because of something that YOU did. its most likely not your friends fault and most likely,the blame is on your own carelessness. and you want to collect INSURANCE??!?!!?!? are you kidding me???!?!?!? WOW. you need money that bad? you aren't a real friend obviously.... it sounds like you're a little sue happy. hint: you won't get a dime in your pocket and unless youre a broke ***, you should have your own insurance to cover your mistakes. |

If he has medical payments on his policy it would pay for the medical bills up that limit. The other portion is for 3rd party liability (the 300k). You are only going to get something if your friend was at fault. What happened? If you simply fell than you get nothing. |

You should get jackshit you greedy douche. God, why would you try to screw you friend over like that? You do realize that this wouldn't be just 'free money', that your friend's insurance rates would go up tremendously and he could risk losing his house. Just accept that accidents happen and no one is to blame. Besides homeowner's insurance doesn't cover injuries within the house, it covers damage to the house itself, or theft from within it. So just wipe those dollar signs out of you eyes and be glad you even have a friend with a house to break your nose at. |
