You can file a complaint with the BBB however they are not an insurance company nor do they offer an sort of guarantee, therefore you wouldn't file a claim with them. Also keep in mind if the moving company is not a member of the BBB then there is very little the BBB can do. Even if the company is a member of the BBB keep in mind the BBB gets it's revenue by selling memberships to these companies. So, in essence, these companies are the BBB's clients, so who do you think the BBB is more eager to please? |

You should most definitely complain to the BBB about this. If they were very unprofessional and you felt like you were been taking advantage of, it is all in your rights to complain to them. |
