If you or someone else crashes the car the insurance should pay off enough to pay off the debt. Most loans have contracts stating you need full coverage to cover their butts. If you got a new car, wrecked it and didn't have insurance, then the bank would have nothing to collect and sell if you stopped paying them. |

you need a car insurance because ,if anything happens like - car stolen,accident, etc... the insurance people will give you the money for that which you are not responsible for the damage of the car or other vehicle. so you have to pay insurance every year. helps you to repair your vehicle. have a great day.. |

You need liability insurance in case you are responsible for damage to another person and/or vehicle. |

if other people crash ur car, u can claim their insurance if u crash people car, they will claim ur insurance if u crash ur car accidently u can claim insurance for repair purpose. |
