You can contact Progressive, but due to privacy laws, you may actually have a hard time dealing directly with the company. You should contact the authorities as this is a criminal offense. Your other option is to contact your state DOI (Department of Insurance) and speak to someone in the office how will advise you on the appropriate steps to take. You are doing the right thing to report this activity since it ends up costing you and I more money on our premiums for people like this who take advantage and abuse the system. Thank You! |
