I hit a tree and was injured will my insurance pay me pain and suffering?
If you lost control of the car and hit a tree - that is an at fault accident.
In order to recover pain and suffering - you would have to sue the at fault party.
The at fault party is you.
You can not sue your self.
You can not be liability to yourself.
Therefore, you can not collect under your own liability coverage.
If you have PIP or Med Pay on your policy- that will help you with the bills (up to the policy limit) but it does not pay for pain and suffering.

NO!

No.
"Pain & suffering" is only paid under the liability portion of the auto policy. The problem you have is that you can't make a liability claim against yourself. So assuming this is a 1 car accident you will be at-fault and out of luck for "pain & suffering."
Hopefully, you have collision coverage for the car and Med Pay or PIP for your medical bills.
Good Luck

pain and suffering is what people sue someone for, when they are hurt from someone else's doing.
you hitting the tree is your fault. if you have full coverage and not just liability then the insurance will pay for the work on your car. thats it. but your premium can go up too by doin stupid things like hitting trees. it makes u look like not a good risk.

No. You can only collect pain and suffering by being able to sue the person who caused the injuries.
You caused the injuries. You can't sue yourself. There isn't anyone else to collect from.
Baby #2 due 2/20/09!!
No. Auto insurance typically doesn't pay pain and suffering in any case. Plus, the accident was your fault.
