No, it won't. Which is fine, because if you can't afford to pay for your own insurance, it's not really fair to saddle the taxpayers with paying for all your prenatal care and birthing costs - not to mention the medicaid and wic for your child.

Medicaid will not cover such procedures, since they are not essential to health. They are considered 'optional' and are excluded from payment.

No they won't. It is elective surgery. Plus like the others have said if you can't afford insurance how can you expect to support another child. Ironically medicaid does pay for certain forms of family planning and with good reason.
