Yes, they owe you the money. You may have rights before other people they owe money. Ask them what they are planning to do about your money. If they aren't bankrupt they will probably pay you. If they don't and you are an employee not a contractor contact your state labor dept. |

well, if its commission.......then they owe you money.....If you sell something in the first 3 months...and nothing in the last 3...they still owe you whats owed..you get me? they owe you nothing in the last 3 months.....but they owed you something in the first 3.....So, whatever your commission rate ...multiplied by your sales is what they owe you....no questions asked.....and you are entitled to it...But, the business structure tells you when you are entitled to it...Like if they have stocks...then stock holders come after you...etc etc.... |
