I am a 22 year old female, I work full time at a minimum wage job that does not offer benefits. I am a diagnosed bipolar and need medication for it that I can't afford without insurance. If you are in the US, you can apply for medicaid. I am sure you would qualify under the financial limit. Medicaid will pay 100 per cent if you fall under the poverty line.

Call your local health dept...if you can't find their number but can find a local government office or local library they will be able to get you the number...If they connect you ask them to also give you the number so you can keep it for the future...they should be able to direct you to a place to get your meds. & I am not sure what other services they have but ask them to direct you & you will have to seek help from other places for your therapy, etc. You will be Ok, you'll see there are good people who will help you.
