Anyone who is a notary can do it for free. Usually if you go to your bank, they will do it for free. Other options might include a public library, a court clerk. Fact is it costs $76 in Florida to be a notary for 6 years so I am not sure why people charge folks to notarize something. |

Try your insurance agent, our agency notarizes for free for our clients. If you are flat broke you probably don't have a bank account. If you do have a bank account, your bank may notorize for free too. |

Oh, I'm sure some notary would just love to do it and put themselves out since it's really difficult to make jack-squirt being a notary anyway. You know, of course, that they get their bond free and they don't mind the fact that if anything comes up they will have to go to court to testify that you actually signed the paper. Beggars |

Your banking institution, your county clerk's office, any public official's office has notaries in it ... getting them to do it for you is the trick. Your insurance agent has notaries in it and I have never heard of them charging existing customers. |
