you get medical bills and lost wages, if you're disabled long enough to qualify for lost wages.

you do NOT get pain and suffering. Sorry.

I doubt you've lost enough time to get ANY lost wages.

No, not true. Your medical bills will be paid and you may have some sick leave, if it is medically necessary. Workmen's Compensation is only responsible for actual bills. Someone is feeding you a line of bull

Theres some wishful thinking! All workmans comp will pay is for the treatment and if you have disability insurance you might be able to claim 80% or there abouts of your wages for time lost...but your not entiled to anything "per" stitch...

Don't be greedy. Take the time off for the doctor's visit and followup, and any medical expenses, and come in tomorrow morning like you're supposed to.

If you get a reputation as someone who's trying to milk this for money, you may get the money now, but you'll never get a raise or promotion again, and you'll never get a good recommendation if you try for another job. You may even get moved up to the top of the list if there's layoffs coming.

In the long run, you'll be viewed as a liability.

what
What kind of garbage is this? You diserve nothing more than medical attention. Be happy you are covered.

Sounds like wishful thinking. I think all you're "entitled" to is Workman's comp to pay the doctor for the stitching work he's done.

garyc1970
unless you have some awsome insurance company, you'll get nothing for a few stitches unless you are disfigured or lost a finger or a limb. thats usually how it works.

create62
you won't get more than $45 total.
