In my state (MA) you get all your vacation, not your sick, so if I were you I would start useing your sick and personal time, Then when you leave you will?should get all your vacation, pretty sure it's a state thing not a company thing.

no. you usually earn these days by the completion of a period of time ie. 2 weeks vacation after the completion of 1 year

Most companies will pay you for any unused vacation time when you leave their employ. They do not pay for sick time.
