I want to sue my solicitor, could I find a solicitor to take my case on the basis no win no fee.?
I had a very bad divorce solicitor, who caused me a lot of financial loss and long term health damage. The Law Society deal with solicitors service level and do not deal with solicitor bad advice and do not compensate for financial/health loss.
I need a list of solicitors who take cases on basis of No Win No Fee, and would be willing to sue another solicitor. Thank you

But what if the next soliciter causes you long term health problems too!! Are you going to get another one to sue the pair of them!! haha!! I don't think you can sue a soliciter on the grounds that you stated! You have no evidence that the soliciter was directly the cause of your health problems.

there is always a lawyer out to make a few bucks. Don't they have a Legal Services place in your area, with free or low cost help?

Most likely not. Most attorneys don't want to get into professional malpractice of other attorneys, because it's a great way to get yourself blacklisted among attorneys.

Family & divorce law is the absolute dregs of legal practice - the only lawyers that do it, can't do anything else. No one is ever happy with the result, and they get stiffed on fees frequently. It's pretty darned hard to prove that your long term health damage is caused by the attorney, as opposed to the divorce, or even your lifestyle habits. If the financial loss is due to legal fees, and an outcome that you don't like, well, too bad - that doesn't mean it's HIS fault.

So, those are the reasons why lawyers don't want to work for free. If you have a REAL case, and it was clearly a case of malpractice, then you can call 3 law firms, and 2 will take this on contingency (no win, no fee) basis. But if you call 3 law firms, and they all turn you down when you tell them the evidence of the other guy causing financial loss and your health problems (remember, not just the coincidence that you had them, but proof they are linked to him and not the divorce, your health habits, or genetics), then you really don't have a case.

Sorry.

You are in a very precarious situation. You say you have been in touch with the Law Society and they will not help. I cant believe this situation is not being addressed by them. It is their function. They also have a list of solicitors who will represent you in the event of one of their own being sued. Ask them for the name of such a solicitor in your area. Remember to take with you ALL evidence including affidavits. Discuss your case with them. They will decide on merits if you have a case.
