Not one is cheepest all states. Kiser may be cheep one place and high next. Is depend on where you live.
Plus, insure is get what you pay for. You go cheep you wish not when claims to pay. Shop to find best for good price. Cheepest will cheep you on claim. Not seem cheep then. |

If you're going to be a full-time student, you might consider going with a plan that's designed speficially for students. (The assumption being that you can get basic health care on campus, so they don't have office copays and prescription coverage, but it would cover you if you had something more serious happen.)
