You need to file an accident report with the police. Honestly, this should have been done a week ago, but you can do it now. Your insurance company will go after his insurance company and pay for your car. Make sure you file an accident report, not an incident report.
They wouldn't file one? Why did they refuse? Was it a particular cop? Because I don't see why they would have had a problem with filing the report. |

just for future reference, whenever you are in a car accident and you have bodily injury, you should call the police at the spot. thats whats gonna be proof. you have already filed a claim with the other insurance company, and if an adjustor doesnt call you back within a wekk, you call your insurance company, and file the claim for medical and any car damage you have. your insurance company will pay you, and then subrogate (go after to collect) from the other insurance company internally. once they collect, you will be reimbursed the deductible and extra expenses. |

Put the claim in with your insurance company. They will handle everything for you. But if you tell them you were working at the time you might have to get your employers workers comp to pay for your injuries. Better call your insurance company ASAP for help.
Don't worry. If its not your fault, it will not count against you. |

You're barking up the wrong tree. If you were on company time in a company vehicle, the vehicle damage is handled through your employer's auto insurance. Your injuries and lost time are handled through workers' compensation insurance. File a claim with your employer. |

a lawyer will handle everything for you. certainly if you're talking about pain and suffering. having them pay medical bills shouldn't be much of a problem if you reported it that night to the cops. and they came to the scene mae a report etc. Soon after you have a lawyer the insurance company WILL treat you differently. they ignored you before and tried to weasel thier way out of it. Well with a lawyer they are going to come to your house. Ask questions, they're going to pay a lot of attention to you know. visits in bed, flowers, buy you a freakin orange smoothie from the hospital cafeteria. they;re total scumbags. So get a lawyer and make them pay your azz. get the x-tra large smootie and make that punk buy you some carrot cake. |

Have you rang your insurer up, i believe the two insurers talk, rather then the two involved in the accident.
