I'm 23 next week and aging out of the system for my dad's health insurance. Obama made a law that you can stay on it until 26, but only if you pay pretty much triple what you already pay to be on it. My dad has discussed this with his insurance and they can get me back on United Healthcare early next year.
From July until then, I am going to buy my own insurance but there's a huge deductible so I am not planning to see any doctors if I can help it and only use that for a real emergency. I want to know some ways I can keep myself healthy just to be safe. I know a healthy diet, exercise, and sleep are important as well as avoiding unnecessary accidents.
