I work at a large insurance company...my group is filled with jealous females...the thing that I just cannot comprehend is this: why do they get mad at you when you don't talk to them? What the hell is wrong with these people? When they don't get the attention that they want from you (which is to fall into their little vindictive games) they get mad at you...for what? I can totally sympathize with you on working with people who are immature, because people only act this way when they are insecure or just pot stirrers. I would just try speaking to people and being nice but not getting involved in the drama of them. Dont act insecure and dont let them know that the way that they are acting is bothering you. If this doesnt work maybe it is time for you to send some more resumes out for a different job, hope this helps. |
